Hi Joy, Thank you for commenting on my blog this evening, I hope this answers your query.
I couldn't think how else to get in touch so here's the low down on the 'scarf' in the LOTV image that you were asking about. I have been asked to make cards using the Cute Squares from LOTV. These are 'ready made' so to speak so I cannot take credit for colouring or anything so tricky. :) I cut the image with an oval nestie but didn't want to lose the scarf part. I laid the nestie over the image and made a pencil mark either side of the scarf where it 'escaped' the die. I then used a craft knife to cut around this part and a little beyond the marks on the image. When I placed the die for cutting I eased out the cut part past the cutting edge and ran the die through as normal. Because the cut edge wasn't inside the die it was left intact. I hope this makes sense - it's easier to do than to explain.
